Event Details:

The 2015 Winter Interclub will be held at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC), Indoor Pool on Friday 15, 22 & 29 July 2016.

Participation availability to coaches by the 25th of June.
with the following information;
Name, D.O.B, PB times.

Clubs can enter both junior and senior teams which will be graded accordingly. Teams will participate in an
all relay event format during the 3 weeks.

Juniors
(Aged 12 years and under on 15 July)
All weeks:
4X50m Backstroke
4X50m Breast/free/breast/free
4X50m Medley
4X50m Fly/free/fly/free
4X50m Freestyle

Seniors
(Aged 13 years & over on 15 July)
All weeks:
4X50m Backstroke
4X50m Breaststroke
4X50m Medley
4X50m Butterfly
4X50m Freestyle

*Please note, Age as at 15 July 2016, however 12 year olds who turn 13 on or before 29 July 2016
may compete in the Senior Division. All other swimmers may only compete in their own division;
they may not swim up nor down.
